Cool, Calm, and Collected: Stress and Resilience
Do you have trouble sleeping, high blood pressure, stomach or bowel issues, or anxiety? These are the many warning signs of stress, which is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand. Resilience is the ability to bounce forward in times of adversity and to see challenges as opportunities for growth. The good news is that you have the power to turn off stress by maximizing the positive and minimizing the negative.
